Stak, after having branded the developer Inception Builds, was to tasked to achieve an aligned luxury aesthetic for their new set of townhomes in the Bayview Village area of Toronto. We set out and successfully did just that throughout all assets of this project.
HTowns
With a curated selection of stock photography, iconic branding that hit the demographic perfectly and impactful hoarding, these townhomes had extreme interest pre-launch. With sales happening before we could even set up registration, HTowns was a success. The golden touches, luxurious feeling imagery, tactical copywriting all encompassed that narrative of HTowns with sheer opulence.
