Lillian Park

Both Lillian Park and Tippett Park are new buildings in the portfolio, both completed in 2020 – we have been solely responsible for their lease-up and marketing efforts from launch to date. In addition to these buildings, we have been driving leasing appointments through our marketing efforts at their other two properties maintaining significantly healthy vacancy rates. Managing their media buying, alongside all digital efforts has resulted in unrivalled tenancy and an engaged community within their buildings. Shiplake is making people happier at home.
