CAVO Condos was a new project for Minto Communities GTA in a region they had not yet built in, and so we were tasked to align with their discoveries and build plan. Stakreative took on the naming, branding and full project marketing creative strategically aligning to our findings. Our informed-creative led the brand to stand out from other residential condominium building within the area. Our advertising for both out of home and digital, social organic posts and creative video work led CAVO to a beautiful solution for our client.
CAVO Condos
With a brand and name like CAVO, our goal was to make this project feel like it was a destination... Somewhere you needed to be, but you can live here! We focused on amenities, both local and in the building. We also used directed photography with a model that exemplified the dynamic and refined youthful demographic we saw a part of the neighbourhood. Experience Your New Standard of Living.
